22 topics, 1596 live participants and 16 hours of virtual sessions: HF employees showed great interest in their colleagues' current projects.
The HF Info Days in February offered HF colleagues the opportunity to exchange ideas across departments and learn more about projects at other locations. The event kicked off with an opening session with Managing Director Eva Witte and the division heads. Afterwards, many took advantage of the two-day opportunity to find out about current topics from all departments and learn new things.
One of the most popular topics was the new returns facility in Ilowa. But above all, the wide range of topics was met with enthusiasm and many found the two days of events to be a great enrichment. The format was organized by HF's cultural change team.
