Hermes Fulfilment attaches great importance to conduct with integrity, which is an integral part of our principles and guidelines as well as our corporate culture. Acting responsibly is the basis for our internal and external cooperation. If we disregard legal regulations or internal company rules, we not only put our good reputation at risk, but also risk financial damage.

With the implementation of our compliance management system, we have created the necessary conditions to be able to comply with statutory and internal company rules. For this reason, all people associated with Hermes Fulfilment - regardless of whether they are employees, business partners or customers - are expressly encouraged to take responsibility and report possible suspected cases of so-called compliance violations. These can relate, for example, to violations of applicable law, the Code of Conduct or internal company regulations of the Otto Group and its companies such as Hermes Fulfilment.

"SpeakUp" complies with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO). It guarantees the highest level of protection for whistleblowers and data and takes into account the increased requirements of the EU Whistleblower Directive. If desired, whistleblowing can be carried out anonymously*. The experts in our compliance department then ensure that every tip is professionally examined, evaluated and consistently followed up. After all, by ensuring compliance with all statutory and internal company rules, we jointly safeguard our corporate success.

In addition, there is the option of confidentially contacting the Otto Group's ombudsman: Attorney at Law Dr. Rainer Buchert. As a lawyer, he is subject to the legally recognized duty of confidentiality and may not disclose any information to third parties without consent.
