If desired, whistleblowing can be carried out anonymously*. The experts in our compliance department then ensure that every tip is professionally examined, evaluated and consistently followed up. After all, by ensuring compliance with all statutory and internal company rules, we jointly safeguard our corporate success.
In addition, there is the option of confidentially contacting the Otto Group's ombudsman: Attorney at Law Dr. Rainer Buchert. As a lawyer, he is subject to the legally recognized duty of confidentiality and may not disclose any information to third parties without consent.
