Your apprenticeship or dual study programme starts on 1 August of the respective year. Dual study programmes always begin with at least two months of practical work experience at the company before the first study phase at the partner university begins in autumn or winter.
Ideally, we should receive your application 10 to 12 months before the start of your apprenticeship. There is no fixed closing date - we accept new applications until the last position is definitely filled. Therefore, in some cases it may still make sense to apply in spring. The easiest way to apply online is via the job market on our website. We advertise all apprenticeships and dual study programmes for the coming year there from late summer onwards.
What your application should always contain:
- A short cover letter in which you tell us why you are interested in an apprenticeship in the respective field and what you think makes you special
- Your CV, showing your previous schooling and any practical experience you have gained
- Your leaving certificate or at least the last two school reports
- Proof of any relevant jobs, internships or apprenticeships you have already completed, if applicable
Once we have received your application, we will review your documents and make an initial pre-selection on this basis.
If we are impressed by your profile, we will invite you to an applicant day with a maximum of eight participants. For us, the applicant day is all about "dialogue at eye level" - not only will you introduce yourself to us, but we would also like to introduce you to our company and answer all your questions. In addition to a tour of our company, the programme for the day includes various group and individual tasks.
If you have applied for an apprenticeship, this is usually followed by a two to three-day work trial in your future specialist area. Alternatively, if you would like to complete a dual study programme, we will invite you to an individual interview.

Deine duales Studium beginnt jeweils zum 1. August des entsprechenden Jahres. Duale Studiengänge beginnen immer mit einem mindestens zweimonatigen Praxiseinsatz im Unternehmen, bevor im Herbst oder Winter die erste Studienphase an der Partnerhochschule startet.
Deine Bewerbung sollte idealerweise bereits 10 bis 12 Monate vor Ausbildungsbeginn bei uns eingehen. Einen festen Abgabeschluss gibt es nicht – neue Bewerbungen nehmen wir solange entgegen, bis die letzte Stelle definitiv besetzt ist. Daher kann in manchen Fällen eine Bewerbung selbst im Frühjahr noch sinnvoll sein.
Am einfachsten bewirbst Du Dich online über den Stellenmarkt unserer Website. Alle dualen Studiengänge für das kommende Jahr schreiben wir dort jeweils ab dem Spätsommer aus.
