1. product management
In IT product management, we are responsible for the entire life cycle of our approximately 100 IT applications, from warehouse management, returns and support systems to integration solutions. We are also responsible for innovation topics such as the use of robotics solutions. We are already supporting a large number of proof of concepts in this area and act as an enabler for logistics locations and administration.
We develop our products both with internal service providers and with external partners. We also have our own development team, which mainly focuses on business-critical applications, such as our integration systems. Together with the test and quality management team, we ensure a key success factor for our IT products: software quality. We identify potential errors at an early stage and thus minimize the risks for our company as much as possible. Our demonstrable software quality and reliable, high-quality IT products give us a decisive competitive edge.
2. project management
If you want to shape change, there is no getting around innovation-driven tech projects - be it the introduction of software solutions or the implementation of security and infrastructure issues.
At HF Tech Solutions, we are very well positioned for this: We have our own PMO team as well as our own project portfolio management - and our specialized project management team always sets the optimal framework to handle small and large issues. The teams not only have extensive know-how for the project business, but also in-depth expertise to work cross-functionally with other departments and stakeholders on an equal footing.
3. support and system administration
In order to achieve our ambitious goals, we must always focus on operations and ensure the smooth, secure operation of network infrastructures and server environments. This is exactly what our system administrators do, especially in the context of logistical processing - both nationally and internationally. We also provide support for IT security requirements and implement them. Our tasks also include advising on IT infrastructure projects and operating concepts.
Our system support colleagues work hand in hand with the system administrators and ensure first, second and third level support, among other things. They take care of the operation of workstation systems and end devices across locations and countries.
